10k Training
I've decided to take a shot at training for a running event; this time I'll actually have to train. See my progress. Update: I hit a wall at 4 miles (not sure if it was the distance, the heat, the work stress, or - more likely - some combination of them all; now on the stretch to wedding, I'm focusing on all exercise and not just running; maybe 2008 will have more running for me.)
