Going to canary islands…whens a better time march or april? also…does lanzarote have better surf?
than tenerife? i have an option between a couple different spanish schools to attend and one is on tenerife..in santa cruz or puerto de cruz near la laguna… or… i can go to lanzarote and surf fumara..
Anyone ever done a school out there to learn spanish? Also… i need to find a flat or room to rent out ffor about 4-6 weeks… is there any where someone could suggest to do this. (it needs to be cheap)

I think Tenerife has better surfing conditions than Lanzerote.
Weather wise, it is much the same all year round.
There is very little accommodation which is cheap near the coast in any canary island which is purpose built and dependant on tourism, the population is most likely to be predominantly northern european and the accent you will pick up there learning Spanish is going to be rather like going to Jamaica to learn English.

To learn Spanish or any other language, the best place to be is where few people speak your language so that you have no alternative but to speak the native tongue. Take some lessons before you go so that you know enough to get by on. 00
